Life with the Hawks

I can't believe how fast this year is already going and I definitely can't believe that Jason and I celebrated 10 years of marriage in January! We were finally able to celebrate this momentous occasion with a trip to New York City during Spring Break. We had an absolutely wonderful time while we were there. We stayed at the Four Points Sheraton in west Soho which was a perfect location for our personality styles. It was more laid back and accessible to some really great neighborhoods. We arrived on St. Patrick's Day and we celebrated with the locals in the Village. They take St. Patty's day very seriously! We walked and rode the subway all over the city but nothing could top our final day. We renewed our vows at St. Patrick's Cathedral after Friday's mass. What an incredible experience it was. I was not ready for the rush of emotions that I was overcome with during the private ceremony. It was as if Father Chris knew us the last ten years as he gave us some inspirational words to build our relationship on. It was truly an unforgettable moment. Can't wait to see what the next 10 years has in store! I love you Jason! :)
